Dress Rehearsal:

All classes need to attend a dress rehearsal at Iona Elementary on December 16 from 3:00pm to 4:30pm! This will be our last rehearsal before our big concert! No other classes will be held that week!

Music Video "filming"

Remember your Santa costumes this week! We will be "filming" our music video, Everyone Can Be A Santa!

Location Change for 11-12-09

Woodland Hills classes will be held at the LDS Stake Center across the street on 11-12-09. Because of PTC at Woodland Hills Elementary, we have to move our practice for this week! We will meet in the Primary Room. Follow the green signs!

Dress Rehearsal

All other classes on the 18th and 19th are cancelled.
The only practice we will have this week is Dress Rehearsal!

It is so important that the children be at this dress rehearsal! We have a 2-part harmony song that we need to be able to practice with all groups together before we perform at Festival of Trees!

Christmas Costumes

This year for our music video, I am asking all of the kids to come up with a santa costume! It can be simple, something like a santa hat, beard with a red shirt and pants! Or as elaborate as a full santa suit! Be creative. Halloween is a great time to look for costumes! If you have a daughter that would rather be Mrs. Claus instead of Santa Claus, that would be just fine!

We will be "filming" December 2nd and 3rd!

I will be measuring kids in the next couple of weeks for their t-shirts. The cost last year was $8.00 and I expect it will be about the same amount this year. I will let you know as soon as I have pricing from the vendor.

Kids will need to wear their Upbeat t-shirts with black pants, black socks, and black shoes to all performances.
